If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right isn't a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

13. SMS Terms

Rahman Logistics LLC sends text messages to contractors who give us their mobile number on our pickup scheduling form at schedule.rahmanlogistics.com: weekend reminders to plan pickups, schedule notices from our team, and alerts when a pickup time opens up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email Admin@rahmanlogistics.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.
